I hope this message finds you well. It is with great enthusiasm and pride that I address you today as the president of the Dhaka University Chemistry Alumni Association (DUCAA). We extend a warm invitation to all our esteemed alumni to join hands with us in this exciting endeavor. DUCAA is an association of graduates and postgraduates who completed their education at the Department of Chemistry, University of Dhaka. Since the inception of this Department in the year 1921, it has produced a significant number of graduates, many of whom are well-established, experienced, and eager to set a link with their Alma mater and do something good for the University to flourish chemistry as a center of excellence in the academic arena of the world. Our goal is to connect the past, present, and future of this prestigious department, fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and promoting the advancement of chemistry and related fields. The association provides ongoing support to the alumni by offering a sense of belonging, community, connection, and pride to actively engage and support current and future alumni in a life-long relationship with DUCAA. We are at the early stage of establishing DUCAA, and your support and participation are crucial to our success. As the office establishment of DUCAA is currently in progress, we are on the cusp of significant developments. However, our success depends greatly on your participation. Your experiences, expertise, and passion are invaluable assets that can help us shape the future of chemistry, at DU. The DUCAA also needs the contribution of its magnificent Alumni to cherish its goal. I urge all chemistry department alumni to become a part of this incredible journey.
